At Amazfit UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our Support portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Amazfit device, including all original accessories, manuals, and the charging cable, in the original product box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UK.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
